Nadya Nahirniak-Hansen

Nadya is the Director of the Relocation Division of Restaino & Associates Realtors. She is a licensed real estate agent and native of Waunakee, WI and has been with Restaino & Associates Realtors since 1992. 

Nadya has worked in all aspects of relocation from coordinator, to consultant, and currently as the Director of the Division since 1998. She has acquired the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS), and the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Nadya attended Madison Business College in the Business Administration Program. 

Nadya manages the division and its staff, develops and implements the relocating budget and is key in managing inventory properties through the corporations and third-party companies the division works with. In addition to her duties as Director, she is a Past President of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council and currently sits on the Board as Secretary. She also Chairs the Marketing Committee for the Midwest Relocation Conference. Nadya is a member of the Realtor’s Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), The Wisconsin Realtor’s Association, Downtown Madison Inc. (DMI), The Greater Madison Conventions & Visitors Bureau, and The Madison Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WiERC), the National Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Relocation Director’s Council (RDC).

Gail Johnson

Gail Johnson is the Corporate Relocation Manager for the Relocation Division of Restaino & Associates, Realtors. She serves the distinct needs of corporations, enhancing their recruitment process when hiring talent from outside the area. We partner to provide our comprehensive relocation assistance to be a vital resource throughout the entire process.

Gail brings over 21 years of sales and marketing experience in newspaper, magazine, television, online and social media. She has a professional attitude, local knowledge of the community, and is well connected in the community. She brings her own experience as a transferee to the Madison area to give employees and their families the confidence to adapt and prosper after joining the Madison community.

Currently, Gail is a member of the Downtown Madison Inc, The Greater Madison Convention and Visitor Bureau, TEMPO Women Leaders of Madison, Madison Area Diversity Roundtable (MADR), Board Member of the GMA SHRM Society of Human Resource Management, The Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WERC), along with multiple community Chamber of Commerce Associations.

Kate Verdecchia

Kate is the Relocation Services Manager for Restaino & Associates Realtors, joining the team in 2022. She is a licensed real estate agent and moved to Verona, Wisconsin in 2016 from Atlanta, Georgia. Kate handles all of the incoming and outgoing client referrals from the division’s corporate clients, third parties and independent agents. She profiles the relocating transferees, assigns them to the appropriate agent and follows the transferee’s progress from beginning to end. In addition to those duties, Kate handles the division’s billing and data resource systems.

She has a professional attitude and she makes it a priority to fully understand her clients’ needs. Kate has worked for the last six years in Real Estate Administration to many top Real Estate producers. She has assisted multiple agents and their clients’ meet deadlines, marketing properties, and buy and sell homes around the city of Madison and surrounding areas. Kate is a member of the Realtor’s Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW), The Wisconsin Realtor’s Association, Downtown Madison Inc. (DMI), The Greater Madison Conventions & Visitors Bureau, and The Madison Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WiERC) and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).

Prior to moving to Wisconsin, Kate worked for a non-profit working to bring awareness to solving childhood hunger in communities in the United States. She has enjoyed learning about all the great things Madison and the state of Wisconsin have to offer. When away from the office, you will find Kate enjoying time with her husband, two children, and family dog, Jack. They enjoy spending time at the baseball park, horse arena, and bowling center. Kate and her husband are competitive bowlers and enjoy competing in many City, State, and National tournaments.
